1. Overview

The Ticket Reward System is a viewer engagement feature used during livestreams. By participating, viewers agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Earning Tickets

  • Tickets are awarded at the sole discretion of the streamer.
  • Viewers may earn up to three (3) tickets per week, typically on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday streams.
  • Only the first verified viewer to meet the stated criteria during a stream will receive a ticket for that day.
  • Bonus tickets (e.g., streaks, events, promotions) may be awarded at the streamer’s discretion.

3. Ticket Tracking

  • Ticket balances are tracked using automated tools, including but not limited to Streamer.bot.
  • While efforts are made to ensure accuracy, all ticket counts are final as recorded by the system.
  • The streamer is not responsible for technical errors, missed entries, or incorrect counts but may choose to adjust balances at their discretion.

4. Redemption of Tickets

  • Tickets may be redeemed for rewards as listed by the streamer.
  • Rewards, costs, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • Redemption requests must be made through the approved method (e.g., chat command, form, or direct communication).
  • Once tickets are redeemed, they are non-refundable and cannot be reversed.

5. Steam Gift Card Rewards

  • Steam Gift Card rewards are digital and will be delivered in a format chosen by the streamer (code or equivalent redemption method).
  • The streamer is not responsible for:
    • Lost or unused codes once delivered
    • Unauthorized use of the gift card after delivery
  • Gift cards are issued in the stated value only and cannot be exchanged for cash, alternative cards, or different platforms.
  • Delivery may be immediate or delayed depending on availability and verification of redemption.
  • Steam Gift Card rewards are subject to regional availability and platform restrictions where applicable.

6. Rewards & Fulfillment

  • Some rewards (e.g., gameplay sessions, challenges) are fulfilled live or within a reasonable timeframe determined by the streamer.
  • All merchandise fulfillment, including production, shipping, and delivery, is handled by a third-party provider: Fourthwall.
  • The streamer is not responsible for:
    • Shipping costs or fees
    • Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
    • Incorrect shipping details provided by the viewer
    • Customs fees, taxes, or import duties
  • Any issues related to orders, shipping, or delivery must be handled through the appropriate channels provided by Fourthwall.

7. Merchandise Rewards (Shirt Only)

  • All merchandise rewards within this system are limited to one specific shirt item only.
  • This applies to:
    • Ticket redemption rewards (e.g., free shirt)
    • Raffle prizes
  • No substitutions will be provided, including but not limited to:
    • Sweaters / hoodies
    • Alternate apparel
    • Different products or upgrades
  • The specific shirt design, color options, and size availability are determined by the streamer and/or Fourthwall.

8. Free Shirt Reward

  • A free shirt reward is available upon reaching the required ticket threshold.
  • Limit: One (1) free shirt per user per redemption cycle unless otherwise stated.
  • This reward is limited strictly to the designated shirt item described above.
  • Delivery times may vary and are outside the streamer’s control.

9. Raffle Rewards

  • Raffles may be held periodically as determined by the streamer.
  • Raffle prizes that include merchandise will be limited strictly to the same designated shirt item.
  • Entry requirements (e.g., ticket cost) and timing will be announced by the streamer.
  • All raffle outcomes are final.

10. Fair Play & Abuse

  • Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the system (including alt accounts, bots, or unfair behavior) may result in:
    • Ticket removal
    • Disqualification from rewards
    • Temporary or permanent ban from participation
  • The streamer reserves the right to determine what constitutes abuse.

11. Disputes

  • All disputes, questions, or concerns must be directed only to the streamer.
  • Moderators are not responsible for resolving ticket, reward, or redemption disputes.
  • All decisions made by the streamer regarding ticket allocation, redemption, and rewards are final.

12. Changes & Termination

  • The streamer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ticket Reward System at any time without prior notice.
  • Ticket balances hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.

13. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Ticket Reward System constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
